Operation Specialist - UCC Beijing Representative Office
The key responsibilities:
1.On behalf of UCC, help students with inquires regards of their application, and provide consulting services.
2.Apply for UCC on behalf of students, help revise and edit application documents and materials; Process visa applications for students and liaise with Irish Visa Office in Beijing.
3.Collect, gather and analyze account`s or students’ data and information; Regular update and follow up.
4.Regular communicate with relevant offices and departments of UCC in Ireland
5.Provide administrative and logistical support to UCC delegations’ visit; Provide service and implementation of study abroad programs.
6.Supporting Office Director on daily running;

Qualifications and Requirement:
1.Candidates who graduated with a master’s degree or/and with overseas study experience will be given priority. One-year relevant work and intern experience are preferred. However, excellent graduates without previous experience will also be considered.
2. Fluent in speaking and writing bilingually: Mandarin Chinese and English.
3.An excellent team player; Self-study and patient; Responsible and reliant; Detail Oriented.
4.A quick, proactive, and life-long learner. Strong in execution and operation. Ability to work under pressures.

Established in 2005, the UCC Beijing Representative Office is the official representative of UCC in China, managed by iBay Education Group. Over the past 15 years, UCC Beijing Representative Office has provided educational assistance and services to Chinese students at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Since its establishment, UCC Beijing Representative Office has helped thousands of students to pursue higher education in UCC, Ireland. The UCC Beijing Representative Office’s missions is threefold, recruitment and promotion of UCC in China, program management, and student service. One of the office’s highlight is that we have facilitated UCC establishing and managing joint programs with more than 20 partner universities in China, including diverse joint programmes, student exchange programmes, teacher training, etc.
