As a strategic thinker and education investor for over 20 years, Yong has advised and helped overseas universities to set up China offices and established a series of high-profile international education programmes. He also runs several business start-ups covering K12 and Higher Education.

Yong's area of expertise includes project management, stakeholder engagement and cross-party collaborations. He constantly provides China market access and strategy consultancy to overseas education partners.

Yong received his master's degree from University College Cork in Ireland, where he lived for five years.

Bei leads the development of iBay and makes all operational decisions.

Bei has a track record in leading education negotiations and business operations to deliver educational impact and financial outcomes. She has over ten years’ experience in managing strategic education partnerships for overseas universities in China.

Bei graduated from the prestigious INSEAD-Tsinghua EMBA programme and holds a master’s degree in Citizenship from the University of York, completed her PGCE in international business in Ireland and bachelor’s degree in Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Bei is supported by a senior management team with expertise and extensive experiences in project management, marketing and branding, recruitment and student services.
